Episode 012: Big Machine Music City Grand Prix President & COO Jason Rittenberry

This week on The Sports Credential Podcast, Jason Rittenberry, the President & COO of the Big Machine Music City Grand Prix joins the show to talk to Steven about the third annual event coming up in August.

Jason sheds insight on what’s new at the grand prix this year and what fans can expect at the three day festival of music and racing. Steven and Jason also talk about the growth of the event since 2021 plus how motorsports has seen a comeback in Nashville and middle Tennessee.

The NTT IndyCar Series race through the streets of downtown Nashville has become a must-see spectacle for Nashvillians and racing fans. Jason dives into what makes this race weekend so much more unique than any other in the United States. They also talk about the future of the race as the new Titans stadium is set to begin construction within the next 12 months as well as what Nashville native Josef Newgarden’s Indy 500 win means for local motorsports.
