Nashville SC Play-By-Play Voice Tony Husband Joins Apple TV’s MLS Broadcast Team

Nashville SC’s Play-By-Play Broadcaster Tony Husband is joining the Apple and MLS Season Pass team of announcers.

Apple and MLS announced Husband along with 30 other new broadcasters, who bring their experience, energy and passion for the game, which will help to deliver the most comprehensive and entertaining MLS viewing experience for fans in more than 100 countries and regions.

Husband has served as the Play-By-Play Commentator for Nashville SC’s broadcasts since the club joined MLS in 2020. Prior to his work in Music City, Husband spent two decades with the BBC during which he commentated on the iconic BBC Sport production Match of the Day.

The Royal Television Society award winner has also served as an announcer for the World Athletics Championships and a broadcaster for the Olympics, Wimbledon, NFL and MLB.

Apple and MLS will continue announcing members of the MLS Season Pass broadcast team in waves, and will announce the full production plan as well as talent pairings and assignments prior to the start of the MLS 2023 season, which begins Feb. 25.
