USMNT To Host High-Profile Friendly Match Against Ghana At GEODIS Park
The U.S. Men’s National Team (UMNT) will host Ghana during their first visit to GEODIS Park in a high-profile friendly match on Oct. 17 in preparation for the USA’s quarterfinal games in the Concacaf Nations League.
The match against the Black Stars will be televised on Warner Bros. Discovery platforms, Universo and Peacock starting at 7 p.m. CT, followed by kickoff at 7:30 p.m. CT.
Ghana has twice knocked the United States out of the World Cup (2006, 2010) and will be seeking their first win on U.S. soil in the all-time series.
Just three days prior, the U.S. will play four-time World Cup Champion Germany on Oct. 14 in East Harford, Connecticut. Kickoff from Pratt & Whitney Stadium at Rentschler Field is set for 2 p.m. CT and will also air live on Warner Bros. Discovery platforms, Telemundo and Peacock.
Presales for the match will begin Wednesday, July 5, with public sales beginning on Thursday, July 13.
