Former Titan And TSU Head Coach Eddie George To Host ‘Circle Back’ Podcast
Former Tennessee Titan running back and current Tennessee State football coach Eddie George is set to host a five-episode podcast, Circle Back: A New Stage, through the Nashville Entrepreneur Center (NEC).
The podcast will share the stories from the best brand-makers in the world—celebrities that breakthrough in multiple industries and keep on building—and allows them to “circle back” to their entrepreneurial paths. George will interview a collection of celebrities-turned-entrepreneurs like Super Bowl Champion Eli Manning, country music legend Kix Brooks, and others to share the unique ways they extended their brand beyond their sports or entertainment careers and more.
“Circle Back: A New Stage will showcase how celebrities develop and extend their brand into new chapters of their lives,” says Jane Allen, CEO of the NEC. “Nashville is full of celebrities and some venture into a new stage–entrepreneurship. As one of the EC’s missions is to share the story of the local entrepreneurs, we believe it’s important to capture the stories and share with our community as there are always bits of wisdom we can all learn from. While some may know the ‘celebrity,’ we hope these shows give you insight into another facet of each person and we do believe you will learn a few things and be inspired.”
The mini series’ first episode featuring Brooks premiered today (Aug. 24) as he traces his journey from working pipeline jobs with his father in Louisiana to writing his first number one records with partner Ronnie Dunn and opening a first-of-its-kind vineyard in the heart of Tennessee.
Circle Back, A New Stage is recorded and produced in the Chase Studio, the NEC’s newest on-site production space made possible entirely by community support. Episodes will be released twice a month and can be found on all podcast platforms including Apple Podcasts, Google Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, and TuneIn.
