Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway and SRX Racing are giving Nashville racing fans a special opportunity to vote for their favorite local, late model driver to run in the SRX Series Race in Nashville on July 9.

Fans will get the chance to choose one of six drivers to enter the SRX event. All six drivers have a history at the Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway and are some of the best that the sport has to offer. Drivers that fans can chose from include Brittney Zamora, Cole Williams, Dylan Fetcho, Michael House, Bubba Pollard and Steven Nasse.

Zamora made history in 2021 at Nashville by becoming the first female to win a premier race at the historic speedway. Both Williams and Fetcho have already been crowned champions and have hoisted the coveted guitar at Nashville. House is the defending champion of the Pro Late Model division and is one of the best Music City has to offer. Pollard is a former All American 400 winner and Nasse is a two-time Super Series Champion.

Voting will start on Sunday, April 3 and will run until Friday, May 6. The winner will be announced live at the ARCA Menards East race at Nashville Fairgrounds Speedway on Saturday, May 7. Fans are allowed just one vote.

2021 was SRX’s inaugural season which finished at the fairgrounds speedway in front of a sold out crowd. League co-founder and former NASCAR driver Tony Stewart was crowned the champion of SRX’s first season. 2020 NASCAR champ Chase Elliott won the individual race.
